“What I cannot create, I do not understand.”

Richard Feynman, what a legend.  He was an American physicist who labored in the field of quantum mechanics and eventually won the Nobel Prize in Physics. He also aided NASA in the investigation into the Challenger disaster, where he revealed a startling disconnect between NASA executives and engineers. In relating to the disaster he is quoted as saying, “For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled.”

The best way to describe his values and thought process is to check out this particular video of an interview that was conducted in 1981, via BBC.
